The Construction Supervisor Supervises construction, operation, and maintenance activities of LARC projects (by administration or by contract) to ensure completion within budgetary, regulatory and time constraints.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or any engineering field (preferably Licensed)
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable in Project Management Software
- Preferably with Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises construction, operation, and maintenance activities of LARC projects (by administration or by contract) to ensure completion within budgetary, regulatory and time constraints
- Prepares accurate progress status reports of projects and make presentations
- Conducts various construction activities
- Pre-construction (permit, clearances and Right-of-Way)
- During Construction (Review and evaluation of variation orders, resolves inquiries and complaints of contractors for the implementation and completion of the project)
- Project Completion (turn-over, completion report, recommendation for acceptance, as-built plans in coordination with Draftsman)
- Monitors project progress and ensure conformance to design specification, company, government, safety and sanitation standards, contract terms and conditions
- Compiles actual information and projections to aid in the preparation of labor and materials for projects
- Performs other related functions as may be required
